Developement of L1 HI menu

  • moving from pp to Run2 HI legacy menu for jets and egamma (ATR-20673) to have HI primary triggers
  • the legacy menu manches the pp legacy menu in terms of number of thresholds for all CTP inputs (currently except connector 3, EN2)
  • cleaning existing L1 menu (removing multi-jet triggers, combined mu-jet) as it has been based on a copy of the pp menu
  • implementing L1 UPC triggers (ATR-22067) based on legacy ZDC
  • change the seeds for a few egamma triggers to match Run2 (not available with the previous temporary L1 menu) (ATR-22063).
  • all standard pp and HI tests are OK
  • tagging @qhu and @jkremer as HITMF coordinator for review
