Try clean AtlasTrackingGeometryCondAlgConfig a bit

Try to cleanup AtlasTrackingGeometryCondAlgConfig.

  • Remove 'aliasing',
  • try to have same names as run-2 config to avoding WARNINGS in Conf2Configurable, e.g

  • Try to format a bit better

This will need for sure another pass.
