Update many of the names and calls in TrigInDetConfig

Mark Sutton requested to merge sutt/athena:tc into master

Some of the function and file names were very opaque - these have now been modified using a more consistent and hopefully clearer naming convention

In addition, the no longer used "secondstage" FTF configuration has been removed
