Fix test ElectronPhotonFourMomentumCorrection

Fix main test in PhysicsAnalysis/ElectronPhotonID/ElectronPhotonFourMomentumCorrection

  • move to python3
  • fix small problems about old tuning
  • fix other problems due to non-updated test
  • add a specific test for the newest MVA tuning (the csv files)
  • reactivate main test in CMakeFile (ctest works), see #349b0ba1

This test is needed to check if further changes (!47988 (closed)) won't change the output.
