JpsiUpsilonUtils -- Declare ReadHandleKeys

Hi,

this MR is part of ATLASMCP-96 to migrate all components of the derivation framework needed by MCP to produce MUON1 in release 22. The basic change of this MR is to declare the data dependencies of the tools involved via ReadHandleKey and WriteHandleKey. Second, employ smart pointers for the creation of the xAOD::VertexContainers and their auxiliary stores.
