update DCube sim histograms and use CSC RDO Positions

Try to update some basic variables to the lists of monitored Sim Hits variables.

The CSC strip positions cannot be retrieved from CscReadoutElement.cxx/.h sucessfully, try to use the CSC RDO positions.
