PyUtils: Create ITk and HGTD domains and add missing calorimeter containers in checkxAOD.py

checkxAOD doesn't know about some of the containers that are produced in the CA-based ITk simulation tests under SPOT, labeling them as *Unknown*:

EVNTtoHITS-size-per-evt-Unknown

This MR creates two new domains, ITk and HGTD, and adds a few missing containers to the Calo domain.
