@jdevivi The issue we have is that flags.InDet.doR3LargeD0 is True

but in the Run-3 RecoSteering.py there is not InDet LRT so can not run the e/gamma bit in practice.

Of course we prb can add the Run-3 style e/gamma LRT reco config in CombinedRec_config.py after we manage to have the standard there.

For now I added an ad hoc protection to allow running local config tests, but not having this in the RecoSteering yet.
