Fix protection in LAr reading algo

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_latomefragment_protetction into master

This should protect reading algo against corrupted ROD fragments, where sometimes Latomes were sending corrupted ROD source ID. ROB ones should be formatted correctly.
