Cleanup and updates in AthExHive
The most important change here is how the algorithms use WriteHandle-s (as explained in the description of the second commit).
Other changes/cleanups:
- Fixed dates in copyright statements
- Added override keyword to virtual functions
- Removed redundant REENTRANT_GAUDI def
- Fixed compilation of HiveAlgR
This MR is needed for the development tutorial next week.
