TrigJetMonitoring: Add Phase 1 L1Calo seeded jet chains to HLT jet monitoring

This would enable offline monitoring of HLT jet trigger chains with phase-1 L1 seeds, by adding them to the list of chains to monitor in TrigJetMonitoring, as discussed in ATR-24491. FYI @cantel @khoo @dzanzi @okumura @vmartin
