ThinTRTTrackAlg - Check for SAF muons

Hi everybody,

I just realized that SAF muons also have a valid ID link pointing to the InDetFwdTrackParticles. This could cause problems if the ID track container size is smaller than the latter. Although, I cannot practically imagine this to happen. Anyway, added this extra check to hopefully resolve ATLASRECTS-6678
