gFEX L1 menu configuration (ATR-21970)

L1 menu configuration of the gFEX thresholds (ATR-21970). Parameters set following this spreadsheet provided by @ctosciri : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WBFgwynN5CEXbMrf5L1qyTWErGBbWD5BsFR6p27rTOI/edit#gid=873478427

  • Addition of extra info for gJ, gLJ and gXE
  • values of energy parameters in json in GeV as for the other threshold types
  • access methods for energy parameters in GeV and MeV. Access methods in counts only for energy resolutions in 200MeV (using the resolutionMeV=200 parameter). Other parameters using the energy resolution in 50 MeV need to be accessed in MeV (this is to avoid confusion about what energy resolution param to use)
  • Renaming of gXE->gXEJWOJ and gXEPUFIT->gXENC (gXE and gXEPUFIT names still valid for backward compatibility)
