Fix fallback for Electron Isolation WP + Fix initialization of the charge flip tool(SUSYTools)

  • Fix initialization of the charge flip tool inside SUSYTools
  • Check if iso WP are supported, otherwise falling back to supported one
  • TightTrackOnly_VarRad, TightTrackOnly_FixedRad, Tight_VarRad, Loose_VarRad isolation SF are available only for FS sample.
