Update HLT_noalg_L1jJ85, HLT_noalg_L1jLJ80 count reference from two interfering MRs

The !48272 (merged) and !47920 (merged) MRs acted together to change these counts to be different from when each MR was acting independent of the other.

Urgent flag to restore full CI functionality.
