remove old egammaMVACalibAnalysis from ElectronPhotonFourMomentumCorrection, use egammaMVASvc

ATLAS-EGamma/athena:remove_egammaMVACalibAnalysis_tool into master

Remove the package PhysicsAnalysis/ElectronPhotonID/egammaMVACalibAnalysis since the same functionality is coming from Reconstruction/egamma/egammaMVACalib.

The only client of egammaMVACalibAnalysis was PhysicsAnalysis/ElectronPhotonID/ElectronPhotonFourMomentumCorrection which has been adapted to use the service.
