gFEX bitwise simulation updates

This merge request includes some updates, as listed below:

  • Update of the gFEXType definitions in EDM
  • Change noise cut for gTowers to a very low value such that it doesn't affect gTower energy
  • Update output tree with gTowers, TOBs, and SuperCells for validation
