ATLASRECTS-6700 ATLASRECTS-6701 : Fix for heavy ion reco and ESD to AOD tests

Updating some flags for the new egamma config modules to run in heavy ion tests and calo tests. This should fix https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-6700 and https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-6701, although I did not try test_mc18_heavy_ion_notrigger.sh
