Remove McEventInfo: not needed and only works for MC

When trying to run NSW simulation on already recorded data, there is a fatal error trying to retrieve the McEventInfo.

Note that at some point the ntuple generation should not be running in production (so we won't need the xAOD::EventInfo either).
