menu fixes (23/11/21, ATR-24614)

Daniele Zanzi requested to merge dzanzi/athena:ATR-menuFixes_dzanzi into master
  • addition of checks in TM to make sure all chains in PhysicsP1 file are flagged with the PS:Online group and that all chains in the Physics menu are flagged as either primary, support or EOF
  • move some primary chains from LS2 to physics
  • fix some support groups
  • removal of some CPU expensive chains
  • addition of new isolated and tight photon+bjet chains for Hbb
