Add missing support chains to menu, add CPS for support chains

A number of support items (MET streamers, LLP streamers, single-tau triggers) requested under ATR-22910 were not yet in the menu, and are therefore added here. In addition, Coherent Prescale Sets are defined for prescaled support chains as currently in the support rules.

A few missing L1 thresholds have been added.
