TrfTestsART: increase timeout to 18h and add MC20e overlay fullchain test
Updates to TrfTestsART:
- Increase the timeouts in test_trf_data1*.sh from 12h to 18h (ATLASRECTS-6684)
- Add new test
test_trf_mcoverlay_mc20e_fullchain_mt.sh: MC+MC Overlay chain for MC20e, ttbar, full reco chain, 1000 events, AthenaMT for Overlay and RAWtoALL, doTRIGtoALL based on https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/master/Simulation/Tests/OverlayTests/test/test_MCOverlay_MC20e_ttbar_fullchain.sh
