Configure run1 data conversion in new jo
This is the last piece of trigger config that was missing in the new JO reco config. Also reg-ex-jo reuses the same fragment. I have checked configs before & after and there are only differences in output streams items order.
Followups now are to essentially drop the content of HLTResultGetter and use new fragments there.
