delete functions using the Run-1&2 legacy Muctpi
This MR deletes some functions in TrigL2MuonSA which use the Run-1&2 legacy Muctpi EDM. They were duplicated to be able to switch using the old EDM or the new EDM; xAOD::MuonRoI in !41156 (merged).
