Revert "Merge branch '22.x-ITkPixelDigitizationTest-20211123' into 'master'"

This reverts merge request !48577 (merged)

As discussed in ATLITKSW-166 this causes issues in ITk digitization due to the incompatibility of the available conditions info. Reverting until this can be re-enabled with updated conditions. FYI @knakkali @gmarchio
