Clean up Simulation ART jobs
This merge request begins the process of tidying up the Simulation ART tests.
This first step merges most of the SimCoreTests ART jobs which compare new and old style configuration with the corresponding jobs which checked that the output remains consistent from one nightly to the next. The next step will be to update configurations to the best knowledge run3 geometry and conditions and add a legacy job for Run2 simulation.
It also adds one missing piece of configuration for the simulation of Heavy Ion events.
