NSW Trigger Simulation - Filling MM RDO
This is a follow-up of 47960, introducing all the necessary changes to fill the MM RDO, in agreement with @gkehris, @sfrances and @rowang
For the moment the MM RDO is standalone: the content will be merged in the NSW RDO soon, in a dedicated MR
A few additional changes in MMLoadVariables.cxx in order to use official functions, addressing a quite old comment
