TrfTestsART: Updating configuration to reflect the currently used in Run2 Reprocessing + adding comparison with fixed refrence

This MR updates the 4 data tests (data15, data16, data17, data18) in TrfTestsART:

  • Updated options to reflect the currently used options in Run2 Reprocessing jobs (corresponding to r13100)
  • Added output comparison with fixed reference

This is done to better catch Frozen Tier0 Violation problems.

@elmsheus , are you fine with these updates? @fmeloni @oducu , do the updated tests reflect the Reco_tf commands used for Run2 reprocessing now?
