Adding new AFP clustering tool. This version follows the one from AFPAnalysisTool; option for only-horizontal or both-horizontal-and-vertical neighbours is available too. It can create clusters from more than 2 hits in comparison to AFPSiClusterBasicNearestNeighbour.

Clustering AFPSiClusterBasicNearestNeighbour is still used by default though.
