TrigNavTools: Implemented roi, features

Three essential improvements in the graph:

  1. correct roi connection with propagation through the graph
  2. feature elements added also with the multi-H node cases
  3. node compression algorithm excludes "absent" features from the hash calculation
  4. fixed problem with track collections
  5. featrures with SG key==0 removed
  6. many tests done (they are options commented in .py script)
