Clean-up warnings seen in SimulationRun2AF3_required-test
Two tweaks to the python configuration to remove spurious warning messages and one tweak to make the average time per event calculations from the ISF Geant4 TransportTool more robust. The current version generates FPEs on faster nodes. No change in simulation output.
