fix in HIGlobal/HIJetRec configuration

Removing configuration of HIEventShapeMaker and HIEventShapeFillerTool, from HIGlobal_jobOptions.py and HIJetRec_jobOptions.py

Those flags were removed in the context of an update to the new JO. keeping those comments while we migrate to the new JO.
