Implementation of A-lines for NSW

  • updated MMReadoutElement after validation of alignment conditions.
  • bug fix and some cleanup of MuonChannelDesign.h.
  • updated sTgcReadoutElement. now applies a-line transformations.

This is a checkpoint. Future merge requests will follow (implementation of b-lines, acquisition of a- and b-lines from the DB instead of ascii files etc.)
