Fix some bugs within TrigEgammaMonitoringMT

This MR is to fix some bugs inside TrigEgammaMonitoringMT:

1 - Fix ptvarcone20_rel variable and adjust the histogram range;

2 - In TrigEgammaMonitorAnalysisAlgorithm fix the TDT input key for TrigDefs::Physics for L1 objects (ATR-24483);

3 - Disable boolean to allow reducing the display of histograms on the online monitoring side (histogram reduction campaign) (ATR-20304);

4 - Removing duplicate chains in TrigEgammaMonitCategoryMT file (ATR-24700) .
