Use ID hits information from ID track

As discussed in ATLIDTRKCP-396, the summary information regarding ID holes, dead sensors, and some other information is found to be incorrect on the combined muon track as compared to the ID track. As there is already reprocessed data produced with this defect, the solution is to use the ID track pointer from the muon when applying the selection on the ID hits / holes / dead sensors.

This is observed to increase the acceptance around the permille level in Z->mumu MC. The direction of this effect is in line with the observation from ATLIDTRKCP-396, in particular the increased number of holes for the primary (i.e. combined) track. When running without the holes cut (SiHolesCutOff = true), a tiny (order 1 / 100 000 muons) residual difference remains between the results using the primary and ID tracks, assumed to be due to the dead sensor information.
