Adding new Charged Hadron Subtraction method when running the PFlow jet clustering - a new working point based on studies of all recommended working points from the tracking CP has been implemented and propagated through all PFlow jet reconstruction algorithms. At this moment, we keep current version as default, but the new version can be chosen through the useTrackVertexTool flag from the JetRecFlags.
