Replace tau chains for post processing

Mark Sutton requested to merge sutt/athena:taua into master

For our tests, we were running tau25_tracktwo idperf chains, but unfortunately these were removed from the menu, so thje post processing for the tau jobs failed. This puts in the questionable tracktwoMVA chains which should still be in the menu.
