Fix for most FPEs found for AF3 in ATLASSIM-5556
Stop gap fix for most of the FPEs found in ATLASSIM-5556 caused by 2D shower shape histograms containing nan. A long term fix of avoiding nan in the first place should be implemented in the code producing the FastCaloSim parametrization
