MuonConfig|MuonCombinedConfig: add noerror to some tests

Tested locally with make test.

Had to add an exclusion for: Py:ComponentAccumulator INFO * IsActiveStatus: ['OK', 'WARNING', 'ERROR', 'FATAL']
