Use stock interfaces to external generators in the EvtGen interface

Tag @jroggel @ewelina @mshapiro This is in the context of discrepancies seen in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/AGENE-2104 Also, the unused homemade EvtGen codes could be removed if one will always use the externals. Or it is better to keep them?

@akraszna , could you, please have a look if the logic in the cmake makes sense to you?
