Track CP information in DAOD PHYS

Gabriel Facini requested to merge gfacini/athena:master-PVPos into master

As discussed in ATLPHYSVAL-834, the PV x and y position is missing. Further comparisons with rel21, for example, commit c3bdb2bf from @jcatmore show that more information was added in rel21 but not ported to master.

This MR ports all variables from the rel21 file including vertex positions.
