Updated photon ID scale factor map file for PhotonEfficiencyCorrectionTool
New SF files were prepared, containing AF2 SFs. The new map file was prepared to contain these recent photonID SFs: /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw/database/GroupData/PhotonEfficiencyCorrection/2015_2018/rel21.2/Summer2020_Rec_v1/efficiencySF.offline.Tight.13TeV.rel21.25ns.SSS.v02.root (SSS=con/unc). The default link to the map file was updated (line 62). Typo in the PrintPhotonSF util was fixed (AltFast2_sf->AtlFast2_sf, line 84).
