Add a set of harmonised MC filters

Hi, here is a set of harmonised filters I have been working on for my QT. The src/components file already includes the filter from the merge request Valentina committed 4abd2997. The idea is to harmonise the two truth formats (xAOD and HepMC) in the MC filters for rel. 22. I uploaded the harmonised versions of the filters adding xAOD to the name of the corresponding initial filter.
