TCT: Fixing MC tests useful for Run2 Reprocessing

This MR fixes the running of three MC tests in the following way:

  • Adds art-include:22.0-mc20 for test_trf_mcoverlay_mc20e_fullchain_mt.sh
  • Updates the asetup for the RDOtoRDOTrigger step by using the latest 21.0 nightly
