Draft: created NSW segment seeds using MM stereo layers

New seeds to reconstruct the NSW muon segment using the MM stereo layer combinations. Now using seeds from MM (stereo), sTGC (Wires and Pads). OR implemented to reduce the same seeds coming from different detector technlogies.
