TauTrig : added HLT tau60 and HLTtau80 in Run3 monitoring

adding "HLT_tau60_mediumRNN_tracktwoMVABDT_L1TAU40" and "HLT_tau80_mediumRNN_tracktwoMVABDT_L1TAU60" to the list of tau triggers monitored in Run3 -> this will allow to monitor an intermediate pt range between 25 and 160 GeV
