TrfTestART: Add FPEs checker script and hybrid AthenaMP/MT tests for 22.0-mc20

This MR is a manual cherry-pick of MR !49348 (merged) into the 22.0-mc20 branch.

Updates in TrfTestART:

  • Add test_trf_check_fpe.sh to check for FPEs in all test logfiles
  • Remove individual FPE checking code from test scripts
  • Add test_trf_data18_hybrid_3outputs.sh with AOD, HIST, DRAW_ZMUMU output and all events input
  • Add test_trf_data18_hybrid_4outputs_1.sh with additional DESDM_MCP output and only 100 events input
  • Add test_trf_data18_hybrid_4outputs_1.sh with additional DAOD_TIDE output and only 100 events input
  • Change test_trf_data18_hybrid.sh to process all 5 reprocessing outputs and only 100 events input
