TCT: Updated input file for express processing test and adding new test for bulk processing
requested to merge pberta/athena:master-pberta-updating-input-for-express-processing-31.12.2021 into master
This MR updates the path to the input file to point to cvmfs. Also a new test is added for bulk processing with tag f1196.
