TCT: Updating fixed references for the Run2 reprocessing tests

This MR makes the following changes:

  • Updates the data Run2 reprocessing tests to use fixed references copied from /eos/atlas/atlascerngroupdisk/data-art/grid-output/22.0-mc20/Athena/x86_64-centos7-gcc8-opt/2021-12-30T2101/Tier0ChainTests
  • Enables the comparison with fixed reference for mc20e Run2 reprocessing test
  • Disables the comparison step for test in Tools/TrfTestsART/test/test_trf_q221_r2a_mt.sh
