Adding ATLFAST3 AthenaMP ART job

Adding a new AthenaMP ART jobs for ATLFAST3 in master.

Also fix a couple of uses of ATHENA_PROC_NUMBER rather than ATHENA_CORE_NUMBER in other ATLFAST3 ART jobs1.
